Not at all. Because we'll help you improve your relationship with food and also fuel your body correctly, you'll feel minimal hunger, and will have tremendous flexibility to eat foods and meals that you and your family enjoy.
Most of our customers eat a good sized lunch and dinner, plus a 3pm and 8pm snack (though there's lots of flexibility depending on schedule.)
Most of our customers do HIIT cardio for 20 minutes three times a week (any version of their choosing), and resistance training for 20-30 minutes the other three times a week, along with a rest day. This is a simple, balanced approach for health. We can tailor this to any unique goal though.
